Can I take Temsirolimus while breastfeeding?

Temsirolimus is a prodrug of sirolimus. Because no information is available on the use of temsirolimus or sirolimus during breastfeeding, an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
